I’ve been going to this Sally’s location for a very long time, and I wanted to share how great my most recent visit was. I was helped by a team member named Ella, and she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I started looking around. In the past, I’ve sometimes felt a little hesitant to ask for help because I don’t like feeling like I’m bothering anyone. But Ella made the experience so comfortable and positive that I actually felt encouraged to ask questions. She took the time to listen and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed. Thanks to her help, I ended up trying some new products for the first time. It really made the visit stand out compared to my past experiences. Ella’s kindness and willingness to help made a big difference

Never been too big a fan of Sally’s, and their online customer support is terrible, but the ladies who work at this store are amazing! Brianna is incredibly knowledgeable and I learned a lot overhearing her speak with other customers while my return was being processed. Others would have given up on finding a way to get my online return refunded to my original card with all the issues we encountered with that, but these ladies stuck it out with me and ensured I received my full refund. I appreciate all their help and hope the best for them both!

This SALLY location sold me dirty/used clippers and per their policy they don’t offer returns or exchanges. I had to call the manufacturer which was so inconvenient. Lesson learned. Don’t shop at SALLY beauty.

Always cancelling orders with no explanation!! Sorry store. Add-on: Shopping online and in-store is a hit ot miss at Sally's. Everything is old and antiquated. Their employees in-store are usually unhelpful and rude. I only shop there if I absolutely have to..

The worst possible costumer service ever. I placed an online order, and a went into the store at the two hour mark which is promised online. You place an order and it’s ready in 2 hours. The youngish employee there didn’t care, told me that I would have to come back in another two hours and then I get an email saying my order was canceled?!! This location is constantly out of stock of items but showcases them available online.
