What a beautiful store along Rand Road shops. I came in here on Christmas eve. I tried to use app to pick up my needs and score 15% off my purchase. But app only aloud 3 items. When I mentioned this to cashier. She honored my online sale and still got the 15% off. Means alot in these times as prices rise. I hope that beautiful young lady has a Merry Christmas! Since she is making mine a happy one!

Super duper helpful staff. I had an idea of what I was shopping for but wasn't too sure on what exactly to get. They asked me if I had any questions and they walked me through everything I should get. I had 2 employees switching off on helping me and they were both super knowledgeable and nice. Would highly recommend asking the staff any questions if you're not sure what exactly you should get!

i walked into this establishment on 1-14 and the lady with the freshly died black hair was not veery helpful or nice. why ask me if i needed help if you dont even know what your talking about.. my boyfriend even said she was rude. i wont be returning!

bought this hair color from this store for the first time to try this brand but after dyeing my hair i got itchy scalp for the whole week and afterwards i started seeing the noticeable hair loss, sally beauty is a big name didn’t expect this kind of brand at their stores!

If you are shopping for clippers or trimmers as a gift to someone, DO NOT go here. I purchased clippers as a Christmas gift that turned out to be the wrong item. Although I brought them back unused, in the original packaging, and with a receipt (just as their sign requests), they still wouldn't exchange them. They claim that because the box was merely opened, it is considered not to be in the original packaging. The store employees, and customer service on the phone, were completely unwilling to work with a paying customer. I will never shop here again.
