Came here with my boyfriend because he needed some hair picks for his hair and we were able to find them with ease, the store is very neat and clean too. Both of the ladies at the store were very nice and helpful. My boyfriend and I would definitely come back here again

The young lady that helped me was very kind and helped me decide on what product would be best for my son's hair and scalp. She talked me through the different product pros and cons, informed me on the best way to use certain products. I was just extremely happy with my service as a whole!!

Tried to take a survey like the very helpful workers told me and it wouldn’t work so, Nia is such a helpful and thorough person and helped me so much today with finding hair color to match some inspiration pictures. Everyone here was so nice and helpful

I have visited this Sally’s twice. The first time they closed about 8 mins early and the young lady with the bright red hair just watched me pulling on the door. The second time the same young lady, with the bright red hair, actually stopped stocking the shelves to ask me did I need help. Me being a hairstylist, told her no but thanks anyway. I know it’s a part of Sally’s employee routine to ask this but I found it odd that I was the only one asked. I also found it odd that she literally was peeking around the corner of the aisle watching me shop. And when I caught her and made eye contact a few times she would ask again. I don’t understand why me, being the only person of color in the store at the time, was being watched and nearly harassed more so than the other customers. I’m unsure if

I came in to get some purple shampoo, something I haven’t gotten in a very long time, and I was looking for one a little cheaper to Debra as my hair before I return to work from a leave. However, an employee I didn’t catch the name of (shorter hair with I believe some blue in it) was very helpful. She recommended the brand Eva NYC and while it’s a little pricy for what I need at the moment she advised sally has sales on this product from time to time and Informed me of the organic ingredients and argan oil which really interests me. I always come into this store for my bleach and hair color, but while I couldn’t find anything on this trip I was given great information on a new brand I’ll definitely be looking into buying for the summer!
