Do not waste your time with this place. They do not hold appointment even after confirmation of the time. AMD the owner is just as unprofessional and the employees. She told me I didnt conform my time. Even after showing her proof. She still had me out to be the bad guy. AFTER SHOWING HER PROOF. I was at my appointment on time. Your stylist wasn't but it's on me. I will never refer anyone to this place. Totally unprofessional ... do not waste your time.. Oh yeah 150 for take down wash and basic braids is kinda high

I have been a customer of Melissa for about a year. She has yet to disappoint. She has great customer service, very friendly and fingers of gold. My locs have grown tremendously over the past year. She also provides great knowledge about the process and how to maintain. I am so glad I found her.

Melissa is amazing. My locs turned out great, I couldn't be happier. She's always professional and very personable. I feel like I've known her forever. I really like the fact that she doesn't try to push you to get something you don't want. She's informative and explains everything thoroughly. Most importantly she's always on time. I've never made an appointment and had to wait hours after my scheduled appointment time.
