My daughter and I traveled from upstate ny to get out hair done. The service was phenomenal. The shop was very clean. The price was great. We will be returning and bringing more people with us to get our hair done.

My niece’s experience was great. We came after 3 and she was seated immediately, no wait at all. She’s happy, then I am happy. We didn’t have any issues with anyone. Our first visit was a good one.

Unprofessional, lack business conduct and etiquette, vulgar. Going to them is no better, yet worse than having a Chinatown petticure. The following day from across the street you see the enraged confrontational workers. I had same day paid for the lackadaisical service, and return next day to document my experience. They are enraged with anyone that looks like them that document their experience.

Mariama is the best braider. Very neat and she takes her time. The first time I went to her for knotless braids and the other day I got boho knotless. I love it!!!! My neice went to her also and got small knotless to her thigh. She loved it. I received so many compliments!!!! I’m a forever costumer! Already thinking about my next style…. UPDATE: They are called New Tops African hair braiding. Called Mariama and made an appointment for 9a last month to get knotless braids. I arrived on time and she had some inexperienced braider starting my hair. Then her sister came (dark skin, heavy set young lady) and did exactly what I asked her NOT to do. I asked please make sure all my braids are the same size. Eager to take out the other braids and get started I let her do her thing. Mariama came in
