Sala Thai Massage and Spa River Oaks

This was probably one of the best massages I’ve had in Houston. Yaya took exceptional care of me from start to finish — professional, attentive, and truly skilled. The entire experience felt relaxing and well-paced, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. The staff was welcoming, the owner was kind, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to fully unwind. Highly recommend!

Great Thai Massage. At the beginning, the guy at the front explain you every massage style and it’s benefits, also the intake form is very complete to customize your session. The massage is incredible, perfect if you’re looking for stretching and a good deep tissue. I’ve been coming monthly for almost 2 months. Sala thai is my new favorite wellness place. Recommended 100%.

Thank you so much Jessie for being such an amazing masseuse. This was one of the best, most therapeutic massages I have gotten, and I have gotten many. Jessie was able to find all of my knots and soreness without me even mentioning it. She was very attentive and took some extra time stretching my muscles. This was a perfect experience after all of my workouts this week. Will definately be coming back again, most likely for the 90 minute because 60 was just not enough!

I booked the 1 hour deep tissue massage with Laila and it was amazing! The service was great, they were very welcoming and friendly. I did not know I had that many knots in me but by the time I was done I felt refreshed. This is my second time coming here but it's very consistent and relaxing. 10/10 will come again.
