This was hands-down one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. The experience struck the perfect balance of professional, attentive, and deeply restorative. From start to finish, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere instantly put me at ease. The massage itself? Incredible. Yoyó is truly exceptional, skilled, intuitive, and sensitive when needed, yet firm enough to work out every bit of tension. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. The massage wasn’t bad at all, but my experience got ruined afterwards. So I completely understand wanting to be tipped after your service but the prices are set by them already. I forgot to bring cash with me and yes I felt bad but what am I supposed to do? Mind you, I already paid for my service before it even started so how am I supposed to leave tip on card. But as soon as I was leaving the lady literally blocked the entrance and started demanding tip. I was flabbergasted, and didn’t know what to do since she came at me aggressively, I told her I’m sorry I forgot cash. She then proceeded to ask if I paid in card and I said yes. She then takes me by the desk, hands me my old receipt and said,“ leave your tip here.” I was so stunned because I wasn’t expecting this at all, the way she phy

My personal massage experience was decent overall—nothing amazing, but nothing to complain about either. The massage itself was fine and the place was clean. However, I came with a friend and her experience took a very uncomfortable turn at the end. Her massage therapist pressured her to leave a tip, and when my friend said she didn’t have cash, the therapist immediately insisted she tip on a card. She even tapped the tip line on the receipt and told her to tip, which felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Tipping should always be optional and never forced. That interaction alone really left a bad impression and made the overall visit feel awkward.

I have been using this spa for quite a few years I am so happy that they are open again. Wendy was my masseuse and she was the best the young lady at the front desk was the best I am so so so so so so happy that they are open again.. so if you are reading this post go visit them they greet you with a smile I will definitely be back
