Saigon Nails

Booked two 5:30 appts for my gf and I to get our nails done together. We showed up on time. The place was packed when we got there and they made us wait for an hour to get a spot even though we had appts booked. Still cant figure out why they take appt if theyre going to make you wait for walk ins to be taken. I asked for my nails to be shaped differently, but left as close to the same length as they were, and picked colors to have St. Patrick's day colors done in a 2-tone ombre with gold glitter overlay. When the nail tech was shaping my nails I kept saying I liked the shape and length and assumed he'd leave them that way. But he did more work to the shape before starting to paint them. That's when I noticed he picked the wrong paint colors. When I questioned him, he made excuses and said

At first I was extremely skeptical changing over to Saigon, when the LC Nail owners changed. I was highly recommended to Saigon by Jen, former owner/ "family to me" of LC Nails, who's been doing my nails for YEARS!! To say I'm impressed with Saigon is an understatement!! Not only was it a welcoming warm environment, but it was very clean and the professionalism was "on point". The friendliness of all the staff members was "out of this world" & I'm EXTREMELY glad I made the move. I was shocked to find out my total for everything I got done, cheaper than I had anticipated. Prices are great!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat!!! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAIGON FOR ALL YOUR NAIL AND "PAMPERING" SERVICES 💅 👌

I hadn’t been is 7 years to this salon. I remembered how great I looked after. I drove up they were super busy but were able to get me right in. I said just a dip powder. I picked my color and the. Tried to put fake nails on and I said no just dip. All went well and then at the end I paid without looking close thinking it would be as good as the last time. I was really wrong, the top coat he used Gel which I hate gel anyways, but it had craters in it. My husband told me to go back. I feared they would make it worse so when I got home I put my own top coat on which makes them look better. But goodness if I’m going to pay someone else it should look nice and not me having to fix them. I won’t be going back there again.

first of all terrible design, very messy. second, a total of 8 acrylic nails fell off and i haven’t even had them on for a week. i paid $60 for these and i will definitely never be going there again and i don’t recommend it to anyone.

My nail tech lady was tired from the beginning.she could barely keep her eyes opened the entire time but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. The picture to the right is what I told her I wanted and the picture to the left is what I got. I understand that you it wasn’t going to be exactly like the picture but at least let me know that you can’t do that or you’re not advanced enough yet. The shape, the length , color and design looks like a person who’s just learning did it or even looks like I did it at home myself. Paid 65 dollars for 10 work. Not satisfied at all. I tried to communicate my concerns but no response just no no waite Waite.
