Customer Reviews
Visited Sago Spa this past weekend with two friends while staying at the resort. Overall good rating, my massage with Sue was wonderful. Very seasoned massage therapist. Friends had some inconsistencies in quality of their massages. I would recommend they consider offering some more snacks to guests and beware that they close early in my opinion. It was a Saturday, spa closed at 5pm and staff was already cleaning up/closing down when I was changing after my last treatment which ended at 4:30pm.
I’ve been going to Sago spa ever since I got a travel zoo voucher about 3 years ago. I love the amenities! The sauna and steam mop are always so clean and smell good. They diffuse essential oils and it’s so welcoming. I love how I get a locker, robe and slippers and can stay as long as I want when I booked a service. They offer delicious teas and small snacks and this amazing water with cucumber/mint inside an amethyst infused container. The products they offer in the showers smell exactly like lavender and leave my hair feeling so good. They offer an endless towels and have a little vanity area where you can blow dry your hair. I had the absolute best massage. I felt like a new person! This is best spa experience on the lower eastern shore and it’s why I keep coming back even by myself.
So relaxing, Dianne did my mani/pedi, she took her time and was so gentle. The massage by Desire was excellent, well worth the drive from NJ. Thank you ladies for your five star service from the front desk to the back, very professional.
Not worth it. Got the most expensive facial you could and it didn't include much except some "amazing" mask that the girl said it mimics Botox. No hand or foot extra, yes a scalp massage which was ok, but just not great. I've had way better for half the price. I left with eye makeup smeared all over me and the mask stuff still in my ear because it had dripped into it. Don't waste your money.
See below for description worst Massage you don’t get the time that you pay for. You’re supposed to get a 50 minute service. You’re lucky if it lasts 42 minutes I would never recommend this spot to anybody. Also, the technician working on me had sandpaper for hands. It felt like I was being sandblasted during the entire massage so uncomfortable worst massage I ever had in my life. Do not waste your money here they also include a 20% tip $180 for a service that is not worth 2 cents
