Jen brings an intuitive sensibility into her practice. That in combination with her obvious skill brings, for the client, an experience which borders on spiritual. I have gotten to the point where I don’t specify “hot spots” any longer; she just seems to know. There’s not much chit chat. There is communication of entirely different nature. I feel grateful that I have found someone who brings all the essential ingredients to the treatment space and has learned to toss away the non-essential. Jen is the genuine article.

I had been having issues with my shoulders for almost 2 years. Tried Physical Therapy for months amongst several other therapies including acupuncture and dry needling. I had one Myofascial Release session for 90 minutes. When I got off the table Jen told me she thinks I will see some improvement but that I need to do a very simple stretch whenever I remember. Her exact words where “You are closed in , you need to stretch and open up”. And that was my Ah Hah moment! I did do some stretching for a few days and now I would say I feel better than I have in years. She for me is a Sage! Will definitely be back to see her for regular maintenance. Simply Magical!!
