Terrible service horrible haircut it took months to grow out. I just looked chopped. It looks very bad. I asked for a small trim too and she just took off way more than I had asked. She doesn’t know how to deal with curly hair even though I thought her post made it seem like it. Yeah she just blew out my hair like it was normal like I just wouldn’t recommend textured hair coming here wasn’t a great experience. Would never even think about coming again. I just think she should get more experience with textured hair. She should be taught how to use a diffuser cause for whatever reason she didn’t use that on me or even give me the option really yeah maybe just some training and I’m not sure.

Justine is fantastic. She is very detail oriented and takes her time. Not rushed like all the Asian chop shops in town. Love, love her.

I’ve been going to Brittany for years and she does such a fantastic job every time! I absolutely love and adore going and getting my nails done by her!

I am so disappointed I have to write this review, but I don't want a similar experience to happen to anyone else. I booked 2 nail appointments with Brittany about 6 weeks ahead of time (her books are very busy, and these were the soonest I could get). The first was supposed to be on July 16th, and the other on July 28th. These were my wedding nails and I wanted to do a trial prior to the final set. - July 10th - Brit texted me asking if I could change my appointment date and time, which was no big deal. I completely understand! We rescheduled for 2 days earlier. - July 14th - Brit messaged again cancelling our same day appointment due to illness. Again, no big deal, things happen.
