I would give 10/10 stars if I could. To start every single person here was so nice and helpful. Hailey was the artist who made my hair dreams come true. The wash room is completely relaxing I loved that part of my experience. This salon shows that they care about quality and comfort of their guests.

Has to be one of the best salons in Lynchburg. I absolutely love my stylist. The customer service is phenomenal and my hair color is always perfect.

Reba saved my hair. After trying two other places in LYH I honestly thought I was going to have to drive home to Baltimore to have my hair done. Reba spent HOURS correcting my orange hair, and Eminem roots, and unfortunately it was so badly damaged from the other salons, we had to cut most of it off. Two years later my hair is healthy, down past my shoulders, and BLONDE. I can’t thank her and Sage enough for what they have done.

I absolutely LOVE this High Scale Salon!! Everyone is so friendly, they all make you feel Special from the moment you walk in the front door until you are walking out the door. Sage is the BEST Salon that I have had services performed, ALL Stylists are highly trained and qualified, you will be in Excellent hands with each Stylist you get!! I have been going to Sage Tryall for about a year and really liked it. This last time I went into my appointment looking for a change. I asked for shoulder length hair with some layers for texture, I like my hair extremely low maintenance and I have a bit of a curl naturally. My stylist convinced my to go even shorter so that it wouldn't start flipping over my shoulders in a few weeks and I reluctantly agreed. The style was incredibly nice as always and took about 10in off in total. I went home and after the first wash I noticed it was extremely uneven and chopped up. I have tried tons of products and tools, any style from straight to tiny curls and I hate it. There isn't enough hair to even put up so I'm left to just let it grow out. At the end of the day it's just hair and it will grow o
