Sacred Space

I've been seeing Cara for over 15 years now and have no plans to stop anytime soon. Cara is not only a highly trained and talented massage therapist she has great empathy for her clients. She has a magical way of finding just the right spots to help heal the pain we mostly cause ourselves by not doing the things we should for our bodies. If I could I would see her at least once a week. I make it a point to keep massage therapy in my budget because it is both physical and mental therapy for me. I get the aches, pains and knots worked out while in a safe relaxing mind space. I recommend a good 90 minute massage to have enough time to let Cara work her magic. Your session no matter how long the massage may be always leaves you feeling uplifted and every massage Cara gives is specifically for you. Once you go to her, l guarantee you will go to no one else again. I can't say enough about Sacred Space. You must experience it yourself.

Cara has created a calming and peaceful place. I look forward to my lymphatic massage which helps me in every way.
