I'm writing this review because im extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of professional communication of company policy. I purchased a package for Skinpen for $ 1200. After the first treatment, I didn't see any difference. My skin felt irritated and not rejuvenated. I called and requested a refund for the remaining package not used. The esthetician told me that she would ask the owner and call me back. The esthetician expressed that while the owner would not refund the remainder $800, that she was willing to allow credit forwards another service. I was a little disappointed but grateful. Throughout the coming months I had tried to call several times and left messages about booking a service. Finally, I stopped in to book in person. The receptionist told me that my
