Honestly out of all nail places i've been to, and I completely understand that every nail place is different, I have always been treated really well and the workers seemed great but at this particular one I will never go again...Long story short, I showed up to get a deluxe pedicure just yesterday..paid $50 for the service, for a french pedi, and the guy who did my nails was smoking outside when I first got there and was asking me what I was there for outside like a casual conversation as he was smoking..not professional. To further that, I told him what I wanted and he walked in and didn't even wash his hands before he did my nails! YUCK. He was massaging way to hard on my feet and it hurt...Lastly, when I went to go dry my feet, he said "Okay you can leave now" and I felt VERY rushed..my

We did a family pedicure for 6 of us! And we were treated like queens, very professional and great sense of humor along with great selections for each of us. Huge age difference. Thank you all we had a great time

I’ve been going here for years but lately they have been horrible. My mom and I always make appointments but often have to wait a significant time before they seat us and then make us wait even longer. Often even though we had l appointments for two pedicures they will start on one of us and then when they are almost done someone will finally start on the other one. Don’t take appointments if you are not going to honor them. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time today then walked out. I will be giving my business to someone else from now on. I am sorry they have gone so downhill as they used to be amazing.

It’s a hit or miss with this place. It all depends who you get. This last time I wanted my nails short and rounded. He did them short but squared. I said I wanted them rounded and he said they’d look more natural squared with them being short... ok.. no. This was not even 2 weeks ago and this is the second time in 2 months I’ve had them done there that my nail starts to pop off. Then they get up between, switch people. It’s just annoying. There’s one woman who only does regular clients and as people are walking in or calling she doesn’t bother to answer the phone or take care of the walk-ins.. sitting on her phone... which leads to the other people already working to have to stop and answer phones and people coming in. Got a shellac manicure from Lilly. She made sure I got the nail shape I wanted and checked multiple times to ensure I liked the color I picked out! The entire staff is fun and friendly and makes sure you enjoy your experience in their salon. My nails look amazing - recommend this place to anyone!
