She sets the tone early in the session by inquiring about specific areas of concern, with lovely, soothing background music starting the process of melting the stress away. Karlee listens to my needs and focuses on the areas that need attention with the pressure I request, allowing me to relax and let go of all of the tension that daily life has allowed to build up.
