I have been going to Shelly for about a year now and never really had any complaints until I showed up for my scheduled appointment recently. After getting my confirmation text, I showed up on the scheduled date and time and her business seemed closed. It looked like it was permanently closed. I called and texted a few times with no response up to this date-a week later. I think she could have done a better job letting her customer(s) know she was closed or closing. If she reopens and you have a scheduled appointment, ALWAYS make sure you talk to someone to confirm your appointment before going.
