First photo is what I asked for. I have dark brown virgin hair. Second two photos is how I left the salon. Hopefully the owner can fix it. I have received excellent haircuts and blowouts previously, but I was truly at a loss for words when I saw these "highlights" in the mirror

Friendly atmosphere. Was charged 350+tip. I requested for regular keratin but was disappointed. After 72 hrs of not washing my hair the moment of truth came. My Yes my hair looked straight when she ironed it but it i've seen it how many times and i feel it was rushed so the back is not how i hoped how straight it would be in the area where the crazy frizz happens. And i can see that the frizz was still there which should have tamed on a keratin treatment but since ironing was rushed my problem ended up still there. Felt i've wasted $400.

I took me and my daughter to this salon and Taylor was our stylist. Not only did she style exactly as we asked it was even better and we felt so good after it. I won’t go to anyone else now. We went to her about 4 times now and she doesn’t miss. Just awesome. 10 out of 10 would recommend her!

I came into this salon in desperate need of a toner correction after a disaster at another salon. Since I was traveling that week, I needed an appointment on short notice, and this was the only place that could fit me in. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome. The stylist seemed as if she just wanted to rush through my service and get me out the door. While the toning itself was decent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I’ve never felt so disregarded in a salon, especially after sharing my prior experience over the phone. For me, getting my hair done should be relaxing, and I like to feel a sense of trust and connection with my stylist. Sadly, that was missing here. I won’t be returning, as the unwelcoming atmosphere just wasn’t for me.
