My experience was great! Jojo is a very relaxed, made me feel comfortable, and did a great job on my Senegalese twists. She was professional, easy to talk to and efficient. The salon was cute too. I will definitely be going back!

As an athlete at UConn, I need styles that look good, last, and fit my busy schedule, and Jojo is always accommodating and flexible. Her braids are consistently clean and neat, and my hair has grown so much since becoming her client, which really speaks to her care and technique. She’s professional, talented, and dependable, and I always leave feeling well taken care of.

Absolutely fell in love with the salon. Jojo did mine and my daughter's hair. The braids came out amazing. Jojo helped me understand how to take care of our braids. My daughter also got her hair treated by Nikki. She is so knowledgeable about hair. Something I desperately needed because my daughter and I dont have the same type of hair. Nikki shares her knowledge and answers all your questions.

Braids by JoJo’s salon is very neat and clean. When you walk in the salon, there’s a positive atmosphere. Josie welcomes you with a smile. There’s also snacks and water available for her customers. Josie is a talented hairstylist. I’ve been using her for well over 5 years. She’s very gentle with my hair which is important to me because I have a tender scalp. I’ve never been disappointed with an hairstyle. Her service is consistent and her prices are reasonable. I highly recommend using Braids by JoJo for your next hairstyle.

This was my first time going to JoJo, my daughter found this place for me since I was looking for a stylist who can do knotless braids. I will say that Jojo had exceeded my expectations! She is really nice, it did not hurt while she was doing my hair like some other braiders I went to and her shop is very clean and welcoming. She is very responsive when you reach out to her and have questions which is important and I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer. JoJo did my hair exactly the way I wanted it done, I had a vision and she executed it. You won’t be disappointed if you go to her, I am very happy with my hair.
