The store has everything you need but they are very biased, as far as customer service. I spent over $30 on 5 items. The two smaller items were placed into a weird, obviously preused tip loc bag and a rubber band put around the 3 packs of braid hair. I asked if they have bags and the Asian woman at the cash register said "you buy bag 50 cents." Mind you, no one spoke or greeted me at all when I walked in and no matter how bad of a hair day I'm having, I'm a great consumer. I gathered my things and left. I won't go back to this particular beauty supply store

I have been living in milford since 2006 and I have always counted on Mr Sunny to have what I needed when it came to my hair. If he didn't have it he would order it with no problem. They have a lot of hair products in their store, but the one thing I like they NEVER seem to have, and that's the shells for my locs, and I'm not talking about the plastic colorful ones. I'm always asking for them. They say they will order but never do, they tell me to come back, but never have them. I have to go to either dover or salisbury where they not only have them but have different sizes of them. It's crazy because I live 3mins from them and can never count on them to have that one simple item. Very nerve racking.

The BEST hair store Sussex County has to offer. I travel from lower Sussex (40 minutes) just to get all of my hair care needs in one place. I credit the owner for buying authentic products (NOT the bags) to sell to his customers. This is a one stop shop for sure.

I was visiting my mother in Lewes De, and we had to get hair supplies. The only reason I gave this store a 3 star, because they treated my mother and I, like we were trying to steal something. It was very uncomfortable 😖 shopping there, so I decided to just leave and go elsewhere 😕🤷‍♂️.

I grew up going to Sunny’s hair store, but sadly it’s not the same. We (black ppl) are treated like criminals from the time we walk in, till the time we leave. You’ll be followed around and monitored your whole shopping experience to the point you’ll be uncomfortable. Do better sunny, we’ve been giving you business since kids. Though sunny does have everything you need, customer service could be better.
