Used to go to this place all the time. Wanted to try the ombre styled hair, asked Kim if she could do it, she said she definitely could. Whatever she did to my hair was NOT ombre. I went home and cried. Had to pay $120 for another salon to fix it. Contacted Kim multiple times about what happened...looking for an apology or maybe even some money back and I got nothing! No response. I even called the salon multiple times and no one ever picked up. I was so loyal to this place but because of her unprofessionalism, I will never be back. I added pictures of what she said she could do. And what she actually did.

Kim has been taking care of Mom’s hair for years. So I decided to get a cut/color while I was in town and we went together. Shop was extremely well kept, and COVID Clean between each customer. Kim knows her shears and how to use them. Kim is Very personable and pleasant. Nothing but good things to say about Kim @ Kustom Kutz HTH.

Very friendly Salon, that have catered well, to my girls, again today! Very good site, for my handicapped mother and her wheelchair, in regards to having private parking! Very Satisfied!!!

I was there getting a perm. What a very friendly, family atmosphere. The ladies were wonderful! This will be my go to hair salon from this day forward.

Omg these girls are the Best ever. My Mom is 80 and they take such good care of her. The owner works around my Mom's schedule. Could not ask for better people
