My Braiding Appointment was by far the best I have ever experienced. The atmosphere, conversation even down to the channels on the TV were Totally Awesome! I would recommend their Braiding Service to anyone that is interested in receiving an Exceptional Experience. There is even a discount offered to Student's - Talk about A-1 Service. Extremely sweet staff. They were very patient with me about deciding on exactly what to get. They started my appointment at the time scheduled and my twists were absolutely gorgeous! I have been to many African braiding shops around Nashville and had some of the worst experiences ever. However, because of their sweet customer service and beautiful work, I will ONLY get my braids or twists done here! They are awesome!

I've been holding back from making this review but, I can't. I would feel bad if I didn't want people about this shop. I went to this particular shop because there are SOME good reviews but, whomever has made claims that this is an amazing place was manipulated by the owner's super kindness. I was, for a little. Now I asked for boxed braids, the length of my jaw line; I was quoted a real ridiculously high price of $180...but I said "let's do it!" The reviews sound great and there are not many branding shops in Nashville. My hair like looked a fright! The woman doing my hair was annoyed with me because I wanted the ends burned, and my hair was longer than they had anticipated but I thought this was something a braiding shop was prepared for and didn't see as an "issue". I called yesterday to make an appointment for kinky twist. When trying to set appointment I had to make several attempts to reach out and when I finally was able to confirm an appointment that provided me with the time of 10 am for Sunday. I agreed and she confirmed the time and location of the shop. Now thinking that I had an appointment set for Sunday at 10 am. I arrived at the shop at 9:46 am, however no one was there. I waited until a little after 10 before I started to call both numbers listed to see if they were running late or if the appointment had been cancelled. I even left a voicemail and text but never received any notifications from the establishment. I wasted an hour of my time waiting for appointment that was scheduled ahead of time. One of the reasons why I picked this shop
