Rx+ Massage

The first time I ever had a massage (not from Erica, many years ago). It was awkward and I couldn’t relax. Defeated the purpose. I was given a gift certificate for Christmas and figured after almost 10 years I could try it again. And boy am I glad I went! Erica was professional, kind, expressive, and quirky. I didn’t feel like I was walking to my doom, I felt like I was accepted and encouraged to be myself. Along with getting a really good massage that helped my back pain. She followed every direction I gave her. Which is particularly important because I have medical equipment I cannot get oil on. And we chatted because I hate having quiet massages. (They are so super awkward to me). Absolutely worth going after almost 10 years of not having a massage.

Erica always makes it easy to get the appointment times I need. I'm a CrossFit instructor and athlete so I'm picky about my massage. I don't want a soft rubdown but I also don't want someone that just squeezes me to death making me feel worse when I leave. In contrast, Erica always gives a good quality deep tissue massage. She understands the body in a way that relieves all that nasty tightness!! Great at cupping, too! Highly recommend Erica!!

Erica at RX+ massage is amazing. I used to go to Massage Envy but after my first massage with Erica I canceled my membership there. A lot of my knots are deep in my muscles and they are hard to get to she is able to get them. Also she listens to where I say my trouble issues are if I'm having shoulder issues she will spend the majority of the time there. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Erica in the future. Both me and my wife go to RX+ Massage.
