HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I called several times and no one answered. You have to leave a message and someone calls you back. It seemed that they take more clients, or offered more GROUPONS, that they can handle because they claimed they cancelled my appointment days prior. I thought customers were suppose to be contacted if something changes, well I did not receive a phone call. I was told that they communicate via email which is not true because I never received it. I was also told it goes to SPAM...Really! I had no idea because once again i was not contacted, and I ended up on time to my appointment. No one was there and I had to call the number AGAIN and leave a message to let someone know I was there for my SCHEDULED appointment. I was informed that they did send it to me and in so

Bought a Groupon and tried for months to get an appointment. Called unreliable times. Left messages because no one ever answers. Call we're never returned. Tried to contact through web site multiple times and no one ever responded. Ended up having to get Groupon to refund.
