I'm a man first and foremost! I do not go to hair salons! I barely even go to your run-of-the-mill haircut places that seem to be opening up everywhere you look. I usually cut my own hair. I did bad job and was told to go see Jackie by multiple reputable people. I went in to see Jackie and she made me feel welcome, not embarrassed. She was fun to visit with before, during and afterwards. My haircut looks perfect and I paid a fair price. I highly recommend Rustic Roots to anyone who appreciates awesome hair and awesome service at an awesome price.

Jackie is the best of the best! Every time I explain what I want, she delivers exactly that. She’s easy (and FUN!) to talk to, genuine, and truly beautiful inside and out. I highly recommend her, especially if you’re looking for someone who won’t upsell or push products or services you don’t want or need.

Jackie did the worst highlights I have ever had in the 30 years of getting my hair done. I’ve even gone to cosmetology schools and have had a better job. First of all, Jackie left over an inch on each highlight at the root making it look like it was already grown out. Second of all, she only used toner on the ends so the top part of my head was a very unnatural bleached blonde. I paid for a full highlight and when I went to put my hair up the next day I noticed that the whole crown framing my face was not done and it looked awful. She scheduled me in a few days later which I was thankful for, but after putting in 6 foils, she again neglected to use any toner which no one has ever done because it looks awful and completely unnatural. After driving far for years to get my hair done, I’ve finally found someone locally who is amazing! Katie made my hair look the best it has in years, is so reasonably priced, & is so great! I’m super picky and she exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Love this salon! I was very nervous to find a new hairdresser when I moved to town 4 years ago, I decided to give this place a try and I'm happy I found them! The salon is very cute, cozy, and clean. All of the hairdressers are very talented and do a great job, I have come in for hair cuts & foilage and Jackie always does an amazing job. It can be very nerve wracking to trust someone with giving you a new hair style but these ladies have never disappointed.
