Quite possibly the best salon experience I have had. The amount of compliments that I have received on my hair have made me so excited that I am a new and forever returning customer. Heather clearly knows her craft, and it shows. She took a not so great hair situation and made me love my hair!

I Was very happy with my service and customer service. My hair stylist went out of the way to make me feel welcome and ensure me that she wouldn’t cut too much off. I have had passed hairstylist tell me they’re going to give me a trim and then take inches off my hair. I am very satisfied with the haircut and I will definitely be back! To top it off, the way she styled it was amazing and she taught me some tricks for styling!

Heather Tabor did my hair, she did the "diva style" curly hair cut, and it turned out so horrible! The sides weren't even, nor was the back. Overall, it was a mess. I had to pay and find a new stylist to fix my hair, costing me double what it should have, sigh. I would NOT recommend her. Also, she isn't the friendliest and her mannerism towards her staff is not polite either. I have since heard other horror stories from others who were past clients of hers. EDIT: Heather, if I were a stylist, I definitely wouldn't have needed to come to you for my hair. This makes no sense. I am not even certain what or whom you are referring to, this sounds like you have some drama at your place of business, and goes along with my original post of your attitude towards your staff that day. Best Salon you'll ever come across! Heather, the owner, is hard working and knows her stuff. She's a hair genius. I don't trust anyone else to cut or color my hair! She truly cares about her clients and wants the best for you and your hair!

I recently had some hair issues due to health issues. I was embarrassed to even go to the salon to deal with it. Heather was there for me immediately. She listened as I cried about my hair and then she fixed me. I left the salon today accepting the hair issues and loving my new self. This was not just cutting and coloring, this was listening to me and helping me make choices. This is what Pomme Salon is all about. Thanks Heather.
