I’ve been going to Jess for almost 7 years. The only reason it hasn’t been longer is because that’s when I moved to Virginia. I’ve been getting waxed for 20 years. I’ve seen my share. She is by far the best. She cares about her clients and cares about her craft. I can’t recommend enough.

Jess is amazing! She is always personable, has great conversations and makes the hair removal process as gentle as possible. She is super efficient and fully exceeds my expectations every time I go visit her. She has also added hair services. Jess is amazing. She provides the best waxing service I’ve ever received (there is literally not a spec of hair left behind. She uses tweezers too). Her space is beyond inviting and the waxing bed is so comfortable that you’ll melt right into it. She’s so personable and such a good listener that you’ll want to tell her your entire life story.

It is so great to see Jess in her new salon in Carytown! I have been seeing Jess for years and just love her work. She is so thorough in everything she does. I always look forward to my appointments, she makes them so relaxing and pleasant. She has such a sweet personality. Parking is never a problem at her new location.
