They’re always super available and helpful by phone and text, the vibe is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they really care about their clients. As a nurse, my hands really take a beating and Zori nails always is sure to pamper my nails. this is the only manicure that will last on my hands with all the scrubbing and handwashing I do. my manicure always looks perfect no matter how long I am from my next appointment because of the attention to detail. I have gone to almost every manicurist because I just go on days that I can sneak an appointment in and everyone is friendly and accommodating. the studio is always perfectly clean and the chairs are so comfortable. I cannot recommend Zori nails enough !

I paid $140 for this service, and the nails began chipping right away. The sidewalls were not properly cleaned or finished, leaving the work looking incomplete. When I asked to have them fixed, Ksenia refused to correct all of the nails. Very disappointing experience, especially at this price point

My cuticles were in terrible shape when these ladies were kind enough to take me as a walk in and I’m not joking when I say this was the best manicure of my life! Her absolute focus and attention to detail blew my mind. It was like getting a deep cleaning at the dentist but for my hands. Each finger was meticulously freed of its overgrown cuticle and the painting process was mesmerizing as she used a scoring technique to make each nail bed evenly, flawlessly gelled. I was given candy treats along with chamomile tea and I found myself dreaming of moving to New York just to come back here as a regular. For now, I’ll just try to visit again as soon as possible and share my experience for anyone lucky enough to be in New York!
