Rumors Salon Day Spa

It's been a couple of years and I'm hoping Rumors has upped their stylist. I went in for a Jen and came out with a Long Shag. It took over a year to grow it out. I asked for a seasoned stylist to ahead of time. She said she studied in Schaumburg. Well, I don't know what happened there but........ I hope they get it together.

Was a customer for over 10 years of Lindsey and she had a schedule issue and told me she got the times wrong and I need to come back then proceeded to get very hostile filed half of my nails off and said she’s not finishing them and then said I’m sorry I can’t do your nails after I told her that I was frustrated with the situation. Will never go back after being a loyal customer.

I love Leah! I will definitely be coming back to her for my next cut. She was very attentive and fun to get my hair done just right!

I had an appointment with jillian earlier this month, and I thought that everything was going smoothly until she had mentioned personal information about a really close friend of mine. And when she got caught, she blamed me saying that I’m the one that caused the situation and when I had confronted her about it on text, she blamed me even though she’s the one that told me all that personal information about my friend, I found it very unprofessional, and when I tried talking to her about it, she shut it down And I feel like that’s very discriminatory, considering I’m not the one that was told all that personal information in the first place she did, she had crossed the line of client confidentiality against another client by telling me personal information. Rumors is the best! I have been going to Nicole for the past 15 years. Not only is she great at her job, she is so kind, too. I love everything about this salon. The nicest people work here and their prices are very affordable. ❤️
