Polished Hair And Nail Salon

I love this salon. They are really kind and do great work. The atmosphere is very chill and nicely decorated. The prices for services are decent. Definitely my new favorite salon and I've visited just about every salon in Bradley and Bourbonnais. In other salons there's a gossipy feel to them, this one is all walks of life and no judgement, which is so much more relaxing. I love it!

Andrea fixed my hair after Paul Mitchell School in Bradley IL royally messed it up! And Sally Beauty Supply gave me horrible advice to fix it myself. See pictures. 1,2:Paul Mitchell School did the blue and purple stripe pattern all the way around my head at that layer. And the very bottom layer. 3,4: a licensed cosmetologist from Sally Beauty Supply in Bradley told me to "just put dark red brown dye over it" I asked "won't that turn the blue a green color" she replied "no. Because its a darker shade of brown than the blue." That's clearly GREEN! 5,6: the perfect result done by: Andrea Pace!

All the girls in there are friendly and professional. Brandi has been doing my hair for many years and is incredibly talented

I'm so thankful for Andrea getting all of us in today on short notice. She is amazing. She stayed all day to make sure we left looking great. She was able to get the old OTC splat color out of my daughter's hair and recolor it to look beautiful. She is polite and friendly. If you are looking for the works or just a quick cut I recommend Polished!

I missed my appointment and wasn't given the chance to reschedule at all. Was told I can't reschedule ever. People make mistakes and for someone to deny you service is ridiculous. I called at 2:19pm no one answered. I called back at 2:47pm and left a voice mail. I didn't call hours after! You denied me services by not allowing me to reschedule ever. But it's ok wishing your business success.
