RULE ON

Rule On is the BEST! I have gone to Aidana three times for color and she is always so thoughtful and understanding of what I’m hoping to achieve. She is very skilled and I am so glad that I was able to find her and the rest of the Rule On team! Whenever I go in, everyone is so kind and makes me feel so welcome — it truly sets them apart from the other great salons in the city. The prices are also fair for the quality of service, which is greatly appreciated. Can’t wait for my next appointment ❤️

This salon is genuinely the most friendliest clean salon you’ll find in nyc. I was struggling to make appointments and find the right time and stylist, but the owner was so sweet and took the time to call and send me photos of each artists work and their availability. My artist, Aidana was so sweet. I came in for a balayage but ended up getting a glaze (or gloss i don’t remember what it’s called i’m sorry!) because we decided it was the best course of action for my hair and the result i wanted. (they will give you exactly what you want don’t worry) And it was beyond perfect! They were so time efficient and friendly. I have never felt safer at any salon! (i’ve had some rough go’s b4💔) You can tell they’re all like family :) You pay for exactly what you get and they are so fair! I would high

I came to this salon a couple of months ago with brassy/orange hair from another salon that attempted to bring me from platinum blonde back to my natural brunette color. I was seen by Mads that day. After I saw my result, i cried in the chair saying I didn’t like it and it wasn’t what the inspo picture was. Mads was so compassionate and kind and handled this with complete professionalism and understanding. She told me that this is the color I asked for even though in the moment I truly felt like it wasn’t. She offered to fix the color without any additional charges to make sure I was a happy costumer walking out. I didn’t end up fixing the color as it started to wash out and fade a little to the lighter color I wanted. Now that a couple months has passed and now that I’m looking back, Mad

Madison was my first hairdresser when I moved to nyc and in that time she grew and opened her OWN salon. It is so successfully run. I feel special every time I go, and of course what we all wanna know.. the HAIR is amazing. I’ve had several of the most amazing haircuts by Bret - and Madison has made me blonde, red, ginger, chocolate brown. Love them both, I trust them with my hair always. It’s been almost 3 years since I started coming here and I know for sure you won’t regret choosing Rule On! - Esha

I’ve been going to Rule On Salon since it opened, and following Madison from her previous salon was the best decision. What she has built with Rule On is truly remarkable. Madison gets my hair PERFECT every single time, even when I am not sure what I want. She takes the time to talk it through, and I trust her completely to do what she thinks will look best. Every time it turns out even better than I imagined! The other stylists are also incredible. I have had gorgeous blowouts from several of them, and while sitting in the chair I am always amazed watching the transformations they create with color, extensions, and more! If you are looking for a salon in NYC, I could not recommend Rule On enough!!!
