Long Time Customer But the Tip Pressure Is Uncomfortable!! I’ve been coming to Ruby’s Salon & Spa since around 2017 for eyebrow threading, back when it was $5. I’ve continued coming over the years because the service itself is usually good, and their henna work is also very nice. I completely understand prices increasing with the economy — the threading price going up to $8 isn’t my issue (though I definitely miss the $5 days especially being a college student ). My concern is the consistent pressure to tip during checkout. Almost every time I visit, when I’m being rung up, the employee will say something along the lines of “Here’s the price before the tip,” which feels uncomfortable and pushy. The WORST Brazilian Wax i EVER received. I dont think the old lady is licensed. She kept using the same wax strip, I had to tell her to get a new one. The wax straps are tan and super thick. They advertise their Brazilian Wax is $35 but when you go in the room they tell you it's $45, they pull a bait n switch. First and last time here. AVOID THIS PLACE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY.

Sampta did my brows and they were amazing! I showed her a picture of thin brows and she was like I’m going to try my best bc your brows are light… WHEN I TELL YOU SHE DID SO WELL!!! I have never had my brows done this good ever in life. I will be going back in 2 weeks for sure☺️

Mona did an amazing job on my brows. She took my instruction and shaped my brows perfectly just before the Thanksgiving holiday. Their prices are amazing also. I would recommend this brow threading shop to anyone!

Their soft jingle feels like music that lifts my spirit every time I move. I also received exquisite henna on my right hand from a gifted artist. The delicate design felt like a blessing — it uplifted my heart and reminded me of beauty’s quiet power. The shop overflows with treasures: shimmering jewelry, rich fabrics, and a welcoming salon for hair and beauty. I even found two adorable hair clips my daughter loves. I’ll return often — for the joy of henna, the melody of bangles, and one day, to wrap myself in one of their beautiful Indian cotton or silk dresses. Nicole
