I absolutely love going to Ruby Nails! The salon is spacious, beautiful, and always feels clean and welcoming. The entire team is kind and professional, and they run a very structured, organized system — which I truly appreciate. I always book my appointments in advance and they’re consistently on time. My favorite nail technician is Bim — he is AMAZING. I always bring a picture of the design I want, and he executes it exactly how I ask, every single time. His attention to detail is top tier and he never misses. My nails also rarely break or chip! The speciality pedicures are great too! Nice and clean place. A lot of choices for pedicure. Technician have a perfect massage and feel like I didn't waste any penny for the a high price pedicure. 5 stars so far for this nail salon and cute young girl

I went into Ruby Nails & Spa upset because my original nail tech canceled on me. I called and asked if there was any availability at the moment and the young man said come right on in. I didn’t even wait 5 minutes before Esther took me back. She is amazing and I left very very pleased!! I Love My Nails!!!

Joyce is the person who took care me this service. I spent over $190 for this, the prices were already on the menu which is something I didn't feel uncomfortable with. But I walked in and wanted to do gelx but she and another woman tricked me into doing acrylic. And I asked for only 1 finger with a very simple line design, the previous times I did it, the other technicians didn't charge. As for Joyce, she charged for every little thing. And this is my foot now after a day of her scrubbing and cleaning my heels while doing pedicure for me. During the process, I felt pain and burn but I thought maybe my foot was sensitive to the sugar and hot stones, but when I got home, it was like the picture below. This was my first time visiting this location. Joyce did a great job with my pedicure and dip manicure. Relaxing atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Clean and sanitary. Looking forward to my monthly self care day. Even though they take walk ins I would highly recommend making an appointment. It can get a little busy there. I had an appointment so I was able to walk right in and be serviced immediately but there were people in the lobby waiting for a tech to become available both when I arrived as well as when I left.
