Ruby Nails

Horrible service. Very rude owner named Ruby . She runs the shop alone. When she filed my nails, she files my skin and it hurts and when I said something, she said she couldn’t do my nails if she have to change anything instead of being receptive. When she did my feet, she bends my toe really hard and it hurts and she doesn’t want me to say anything and she said she won’t see me again because I told her she was hurting me. One time I came in to get a pedicure and she was doing her mom’s feet without gloves and proceeded to work on me without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I was tipping her good, but I will never go back there. I went there a couple times and was willing to give her a chance, but she’s very rude and has horrible customer service skills.. and the place where sh

Nene was very rude I called , made a appointment for a overlay she agreed to do then when I came she told me no she couldn’t and rushed me out the way just to not even do my nails and continued to do a older lady nails during my appointment time

Had a great experience with the new owner of nail salon. I went for a fill and my nails have never looked so even! She is very gentle and so nice. I am very pleased and look forward to going in regularly.

NOT COMPLAINT WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY PRACTICES! I am so disturbed and grossed out by my experience. A few weeks ago she cut my finger (pretty deep, I bled a while). Not sure what possessed me to give her another chance but I did, and she cut my foot twice. That is not the worst part, however. I saw her take a skin sealant bottle and dab it directly into a bloody wound. No cotton swab, no safety precautions.. just a product going directly from a wound to a wound to a wound of different people.
