My nails vs the inspiration picture. I had Lynn, and she was wonderful! She took her time and they turned out beautiful. Highly recommend!

A few days ago I went here and 'Joyce did my nails, but in less than four days the color changed and three of my nails chipped. The important thing is that I gave her a $10 tip when I paid, but she take that crazy eyes look at me. It's so offensive.

I had an incredible experience today! This was my first pedicure, and it was the most magical experience! It was very busy but they accommodated three of us in chairs together. The treatment, especially the massages, were absolutely amazing! Reading some of the other reviews does not in any way relate to my experience here, or the clearly happy customers who were here today.

I did my nails this last Saturday with them (for context, 3 days ago from the posting of this review as today is Tuesday. The atmosphere is nice and there is lots of space so I imagine if even they're busy, you'll be quickly attended to, which is great. I'm however very disappointed at how my nails turned out but also the misinformation as to prices. I had acrylic nails and needed them filled. I initially called and asked how much it would cost and they said $30 which was reasonable. I ended up paying $65 - fifty for the nails and fifteen for a massage. I could not believe it. But much worse for me is the actually turn out of the nails. In the first place, the polish was not applied to the full nail, across the board. Called at 9:30am for an appointment for three pedicures and they scheduled it same day for 10:30am. We arrived on time but didn't get seated until after 11am because all of the chairs were completely filled, which was a little frustrating. However, the overall service once seated was incredible. Paid $150 total for three lavender pedicures and I even got gel, plus they gave us three bottles of lotion to take home and coupon cards to use for future services. The pedicures were very thorough and we didn't feel rushed or neglected despite it being a full house. Admittedly I felt apprehensive due to the recent reviews so it was awesome to receive such excellent service. Can't wait to go again!
