Ruby Nails

I had a terrible and frightening experience at Ruby’s Nails. I went in for a simple takeoff and polish on my natural nails and left with a bloody cut and an infected nail .The nail tech cut one of my fingers badly enough to draw blood during the service. He did apologize but kept it moving . Within two days another finger became infected and I ended up in the Emergency Room, resulting in a $250 copay and medical treatment that could have been completely avoided. Cleanliness and safety should be non-negotiable in any nail salon. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will never return and strongly caution others to think twice before getting services done at this location.

Cindy saved the day. I walked in, I just wanted a fill and designs. Initially the man who started to fill and shape my nails couldn't get my shape right. Cindy noticed and moved me to her station. She added MORE gel and shaped my nails correctly and did my designs🎄😊 My nails turned out perfect! Thanks Cindy.

I love this place. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. The only place a really trust with my nails.

Jenny is always the best ! The shop is always clean and I think everyone can appreciate a mimosa during self care !
