I got a facial with dermaplaning and it was absolutely horrible. $75 for 40 minutes an absolute rip off, I’m positive she had no training for these services at all. Dermaplaning is supposed to be done on the entire face, it’s not just about removing hair. I told you 3 times to do my entire face and you refused. Yes I also told you several times that you missed hair and I had some extractions I wanted done. You insisted you got all of the hair to which you did not since I could still feel it and then you got mad and started using the blade like a rake on my face. When I got home I had to try to do the extractions myself since you also refused to those. I have never had a facial that consisted of just washing my face and putting on oil, I have also never had a facial with dermaplaning only

I absolutely loved my experience here and so did my friend! The atmosphere was laid back and friendly and I left feeling pampered and relaxed for a good price. We both got acrylic sets, Raya (spelling?) was my nail tech and she was so fun to talk with and did a great job on my nails. I tend to be very picky with manicures and I couldn't be more happy with my results. She was gentle and made sure I was happy througuout the process with the way that they were turning out. My friend and I will definitely be back!

I remember going there in 2018 and I LOVED MY HAIR!!!! I am going to make an appointment again! Maybe get the same hair style but different color!!! This hair style made me feel so beautiful!!!!❤️. I honestly haven't felt as beautiful since I got my hair done by them!!❤️

Ashley listens to me when I explain how I want my perm or pedi done. It turns out perfect every time!!! She’s the best at this salon thingy!!!

Called the owner on Monday to book an appointment Wednesday evening. She got me in did a really good job on my natural teenie weenie afro 😆 and educated me on how to better take care of my hair. I was able to purchase the products I would need also. I will definitely go here again. Professional, kind, and wonderful service provided.
