I'm thrilled with this place! As a man in my mid-30s, I've had an excellent experience with everyone here. Madi always does an exceptional job with my haircut. Even when I accidentally missed my appointment, they were incredibly accommodating, rescheduling without any fuss. The prices are quite fair too. I wholeheartedly endorse A Step Above—it's fantastic!

Tina Marie and her crew will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, treat you like family, give great suggestions, and give you the best hair treatment you've ever had! Even after bleaching my hair multiple times, it always feels healthier when I step out of the door. I highly recommend making an appointment with Madi!

had a great experience here today. Very reasonable priced haircut. Wasn't rushed pleasant atmosphere. Most importantly I liked the hair cut. Only a couple things I would change but so minor I won't mention them. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
