With a name like royal treatment one would have certain basic expectations for her spa day experience: nice welcoming staff, A relaxing mood or vibe. Soft gentle relaxing music, warm massage oils, an overall peaceful experience, and of course a rejuvenating massage. From the start, the website states walk-ins are welcome. I call to schedule an appointment, the receptionist huffed and puffed over the phone as if me scheduling an appointment was an inconvenience. However, the appointment was scheduled. You do not get the royal treatment here. There was cussing going on during my message and staff was not dressed professionally. Did not offer me my change back. Will not go again.
