Royal Spa on Rt. 9

I’ve been getting massages for years and all I can say is this was The best massage I’ve ever had. I booked a 2 hour deep tissue with cupping therapy and it was the best experience I have had. My body feels brand new. I highly recommend this place to anyone that’s sore and needs a deep tissue or cupping. They also gave me a free water bottle after my massage which was really nice of them. I’ll definitely be back.

I booked an hour Swedish massage and she left the room about 3 times throughout the hour. I’ve gotten several massages in different places and this one was just off. Felt like she was just trying to crack my back and she constantly kept poking me with her elbows. I mentioned twice that it was a bit too hard but after some time would get back to the same. When I paid, I asked to tip $10 on a $60 massage. She then said, “can you tip 20%?” She changed my tip to $12 and said to tap card. I repeated that I said $10 tip but she kept insisting on a 20% tip which I found unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

What a terrible experience. The massage itself felt so aggressive. I have gotten deep massages before but this was her just massaging my bones with her elbows, it was terrible. The place has a smell and it’s dirty. The sheet was stained and there was hair in the bed. Then when I was leaving they insisted that I owed them $10 in tax! I absolutely refused, she told me I need to give her $20 in tip in addition. They kept me an extra 15 minutes telling me I need to give them $10 but they don’t understand any English. Truly the worst.

Best massages! The prices are amazing also. I have recommended this place to multiple people

Aug 13. I just had the best massage I have ever gotten. Wendy was the masseuse. She was very strong and hit every muscle. Very impressed and going back next week as well. Definitely recommend
