My friends and I booked massages for three people and specifically called ahead to confirm they could accommodate us at the same time. When we arrived, they reassured us again that all three of us would be seen at once. Unfortunately, that was not the case. One of my friends was left alone in a room, and a staff member told her they would get to her after finishing with one of us. This was not what we were promised and made for a very awkward experience. The overall environment and service were unprofessional. There was no music, no instructions on what to do or where to place our belongings, and the coverage provided was only a washcloth-sized towel, which felt very inadequate.
