We were in town and booked our first couples massage only to see one positive review on Yelp. We figured maybe it's new.... From our experience, do not book through yelp or online. CALL the business. I don't think they are aware of any bookings online. It appears they were double booked, therefore we had to rebook for a later time. Good thing we are on vacation time. We just moved our plans later.. This is not your typical massage. Every muscle in your body is massage. It's amazing! Highly recommend! Cost does not include gratuity. Be generous. These ladies work hard and have an amazing skill! Service was exceptional. Friendly and welcoming.

5 Stars – Amazing Couples Massage Experience! I booked a couples massage at Royal Spa during a girls’ trip to Hilton Head, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The therapists were fantastic—sweet, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable. I especially loved their pressure and massage techniques. I went in with a stiff neck and a headache, and they were able to relieve both, which made the experience even better. Beyond the great massage, the customer service was top-notch, and the pricing was more reasonable than many other places I checked beforehand. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality massage in Hilton Head, I highly recommend Royal Spa.

If you’re looking for a great massage on HH, this is the place. I’ve had massages all over the world at some premiere spas and resorts, and I have to say, this was the best massage I’ve had in some time. And for 50 min, it was only $60!! If you’re looking for a massage”spa experience,” this is probably not the best fit. For me, after a long day of golf my muscles needed some attention, and this was perfect.

First time leaving a couple's massage feeling worse than when we walked in. Felt very unorganized from the get-go. Husbands masseuse left multiple times to either wash hands or answer phone calls. She also never even got to the front part of his legs and the last 30-45 minutes of my massage was just a foot rub. My own masseuse kept using my spine as a place to rest her elbows. Massage itself felt very all over the place and no two sides of the body were given the same treatment. Do NOT recommend!

5 stars isn’t enough to express how INCREDIBLE of an experience I had. I had a 90 minute massage with the beautiful, kind, and talented Lisa and it was the BEST massage I have ever had in my whole life. She is so attentive, mindful, and masterful at what she does. I came in on my birthday and both Lisa and Susan gave my best friend and I so much love! I will 100% be coming to Royal Spa every time I visit HHI!!! I wish I lived her so I could come her all the time! Thank you so much, Lisa!!! I appreciate you so much! <3
