Royal Reflection Spa offers a serene and welcoming environment, and my recent visit for a Swedish therapeutic massage exceeded expectations. I was treated by the owner, Lainey Li, who brings more than 20 years of experience to her work — and it shows. Li’s technique is precise, intuitive and deeply relaxing. She took time to ask about my needs before the session and delivered a massage that was both therapeutic and calming. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. She listened to what I needed and worked out so much tension without ever making me uncomfortable. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely refreshed. Kenzie was amazing…..from start to finish. She is very professional and right from the start recommended what treatment she thought would be best for my skin type This was the best facial I’ve ever had, extremely thorough —- relaxing while at the same time including lots of different treatments!!! The gentle swedish massage has been a relaxing retreat. I wasn’t expecting feeling relaxed while visiting NYC. This is a must try if you’re in the area.
