ROYAL NAILS（Monroe）+Spa

I moved to the area a little over a year ago and started getting my nails done within the last few months. I decided to try Royal Nails+Spa because it was close to my home and it had generally good reviews. The first couple of times (3-4), I had a great experience. The pricing is great, and the staff were friendly. I made an appointment for a Saturday and ended up having to reschedule due to a family emergency, and they were super understanding. However, the most recent time I went (about 2 weeks ago), I made an appointment for powder gel, and when I went in, I was told to sit on the sofa and wait about 35 minutes after my appointment time. The best nail place I’ve ever been to. Janice is phenomenal my work outside and I’ve never had my nails stay in good shape until I found her . I would highly recommend!!!!!

Definitely not going back there. I could get past the messy nail design, because it's not something i expected from a nail salon of this type, but to mess up the nails itself? They looked terrible and were not glued to the nail well. I took them off immediately, a waste of my money

Don’t usually write a review, but this place deserves a great review plus more!! Best pedicure and manicure i’ve ever gotten. Hands down the best, I won’t be going anywhere else. And I got a coupon for my next visit :) Jeff did the service, sweetest and most gentle guy ever.

I had such a great experience here! Ena was phenomenal! She did dip powder tips for me and they came out stunning. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating in every way. This will be my new salon from now on!
