Massage Therapy Studios of CT, LLC

Paula is a wonderful massage therapist. I have been seeing her on a regular basis for many years and I highly recommend her. Her studio is spotless, everything is incredibly clean. She makes sure the massage rooms are comfortable for her clients, and takes special care to remember particular requests for future visits. She tailors the experience to what is needed, whether a certain muscle hurts, or just for relaxation. She can find a problem spot easily and has excellent technique to make it feel better. I always feel great after a massage with her, and even though I moved farther away a few years ago, I will drive an hour for her massage.

Everything about this experience was top notch! Paula is a true professional and a gifted massage therapist. Her studio is serene and comfortable and I can't wait to return. The best massage I have ever had, hands down (no pun intended). :)

Paula is fantastic. I recently had my first ever massage there. I was uncertain which type to get. I let her direct me to a swedish/deep tissue. 75 mins of relaxation. I can't wait to schedule again. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area. Beautiful location, serene setting, very in touch with her clients needs/wants. She is the best!

Paula is the quintessential professional. Her studio meets and far exceeds cleanliness standards. She takes time at each appointment to note what areas will need extra attention. She always asks about my overall health to see not only how I am but also if I have any new diagnosis or medical concerns that she should know of. Paula cares for the whole person and each session with her leaves me not only relaxed, but peaceful and centered. Every time I am asked, I highly recommend Paula!

Paula is a very skilled therapist with magical hands. She created a beautiful clean spa environment that is both relaxing and welcoming. Her professional and congenial personality is warm and disarming and always makes me relax and forget my troubles. My only complaint is I live in Stamford and she is almost an hour away ..
