Been coming here for awhile now and although I enjoy my services- this time, just not close to what I asked for. I wouldve had them fix but I am headed out on vacation and didnt have time to wait on correction. The girls are super sweet- not sure if I explained myself clearly or not. The first time I visited this salon, my gel pedicure was amazing for only $40. However, when I came back a month later to get a new gel pedicure, the lady started tying my foot in a bag and then handed me a folder asking which pedicure I wanted. I chose the $40 one but then asked how much it would be with gel and she told me $55, so I told her never mind and just went the cheapest one instead. She pointed to my foot in the bag and I said not to do it anymore but then she said it’s an extra $9 so I told her again not to do it and she finally took my foot out of the bag. After that, she told me that “it would make my heels soft” and she continued the pedicure pretty aggressively. They’re very pushy and not transparent with their prices. Never coming here again! Very disappointed! They are very friendly but the lady who did my nails was on her phone the whole time. She did not shape them well and left acrylic on my fingers. I showed her the style I wanted and she kept on saying only on when hand when I asked for both, i had 6 people trying to help because the lady wasn't doing it right. I also had to constantly remind her to turn on the led light because she would forget! I don't recommend this place

Didn’t expect much, yet they still managed to disappoint. Rude and did not do a good job. Used a different color from what I picked on both my hands and toes without even asking if it’s ok. The towels looked like they’re used for cleaning floors. The place is empty for a good reason.

Vincent is the only nail tech worth making an appointment with. But I’m pretty sure he’s the owner or manager, because he’s often at the front desk and checking out other techs’ work. The first picture of ombré acrylics was done by him...beautiful! Nice and thin, strong, and classy looking. The 2nd picture is when I went back for the a fill. That tech did not match the pink Vincent had used, despite my repeated request that the full color match. You can see the worst lines on the middle finger, which was an improvement believe it or not compared to when he first did it! This pic is 10 days after my fill, so the rounded corners and growth is not reflective of their service. Before the original ombré set, I had regular acrylics done by a girl who left crazy bubbles, ridges, and uneven polish
