Royal Nails

Miana le greeted me as this was my initial visit at Royal Nails. I booked in advance. Miana le serviced me too; I was greeted with a glass of wine as I got the Golden Pedicure; I also got a complimentary bottle of water along with my Pink White Tip Fill—no complaints here! I love the orange and florals, complimenting my pedicure. The ambiance, vibes, and energy were at optimal level! Make your appointment today! 😍

As a first timer to this particular nail shop, I was hesitant and optimistic for having a pedicure and manicure done here. However, I am proud and confident to say that I will be coming back to get BOTH my toes nails and manicures done here. The service was absolutely fantastic, and my particular stylist that did my feet and hands was very professional and polite in changing my nail color shade to fit my skin tone while also staying in the color I wanted.

Don was my tech. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He asked regular or gel polish …I said regular…I showed him another picture he said he could do it ! He never mentioned powder anything. While polishingy nails I noticed he was using a pink gel polish I questioned it and showed him the picture again he agreed! He got up and one of the girls came and she started spray painting my nails white! I was confused and questioned it because I wanted ombré! She looked at the picture and said that requires powder! So I asked why didn’t he mention that,he is the expert! She said well customers ask….taking no accountability ! Why would I be asking if he has offered everything else? After seeing this picture he should have said “that requires powder!” Im frustrated because they’re both looking s

Horrible experience, This was supposed to be a relaxing mother/daughter outing. It was the complete opposite. My daughter had a full set, her tech cut 4 of her fingers and got the acrylic glue all around the nails. With her fingers bleeding the tech applied the after cuticles oil on her bloody fingers contaminating the bottle. This is what they will use on other customers. After the tech was done she told my daughter “ Wow, I really hurt you”. I requested to speak to a manager, I showed them her hands and told them I was not paying full price for this. The young girl (her tech) kept saying “I said I’m sorry and your daughter kept saying it’s ok.” I was mind blowing that was her argument. What else is she supposed to reply?! Then the tech said if I don’t pay then she has to cut them off. I

I’ve been going to Tina for over 19 years for my nails. Her and the staff at Royal nails do amazing work! From spa pedicures to intricate nail art, they do it all! You will not be disappointed!! I highly recommend them!!!
