For starters my and my sister in laws nails did come out very good, however! The service was the worst I have ever had. I had the elderly lady with the glasses. I told her multiple times before she even started that I wanted a manicure and proceeded to tell me multiple times that she would do it after the fact because it would be better. Second she was filing so hard that she was digging into my cuticles and when I told her that she was hurting me she proceeded to laugh in my face and smile and stick her tongue out in front of my family. Then when she went to do my manicure she had me stick my hands in nearly ice cold water hardly took anything off of my right hand when I asked to please use the restroom I couldn't hold it anymore when I came back she had the lamp ready to cure my hands di

I really LOVE coming here to get my pedicure and manicure! Daniel is always so gentle and a fantastic nail artist!! No matter what crazy idea I have, he can make it happen! And Brian always takes such great care of my mother too!

do not recommend!! i was CUT more than 8+ times! there is dip all ALL over my hands. im not sure of the name of the lady that dis mine, but she was older. extremely rough. it took her over an hour to finish. my poor cuticles hurt!!!!👎👎

My fiancée went here to get her eyebrows and nails done. She said her eyebrows were great but the nails turned out horrible. They got paint on the cuticles. Some nails look half painted and you can see the nail below. Overall, the worst nail job she's ever had. She didn't feel comfortable complaining about it so didn't make it an issue there. But she was upset when she got home so I am going to write a review for her. She already has an appointment somewhere else to get them fixed. It was a huge waste of money.
