WOWWWWWW! This is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Richmond and period! It’s beautiful and clean and they start with. Long massage first when doing the pedicure. I love it! I recommend this place to everybody. You will not regret it and right now she has just started cutting my Nails and I decided to write this review because they are doing an amazing job. I've gotten my nails done here for every important event (including my wedding!) & just for fun/self care. The nail techs always give me exactly what I ask for and even exceed my expectations often! Their customer service is exceptional and their prices are reasonable. If I forget to make an appointment I usually can walk in because they have plenty of techs working. This is my favorite nail salon of all time.

I always enjoy coming to Hannah for my nails. She does an amazing job every time and is always so polite and welcoming. I leave with beautiful nails, a wonderful experience, and truly feeling taken care of.

My nail tech was Julie. I was a walk-in. My Services included: soaked off my old set, and gave me a new Full Set (short coffin shaped) with pink powder and a French Tip. She was efficient, gentle with my soak off process & filling. She did a great job and I will return with a scheduled appt. with her. The salon has always been nice, clean, and has a friendly manager & techs. You hardly ever have to wait to be serviced, but you get what you pay for. If you’re trying to save some $, this isn’t the salon for you but it’s worth the price for sure! -Mrs. Dee
