Absolutely terrible experience. I went in and was advised the day before that there wouldn't be a need for an appointment because they wouldn't be busy. They were, in fact, busy. So busy that we almost left. They stopped us and had us sit down on our way out. They then trimmed our cuticles down way too much and not gently at all. They were PULLING the cuticle off instead of cutting it like they should. My cuticle was bleeding after and they are continuously peeling back now and they hurt when they do. You can tell in the picture. They also started our soak off without telling us that they couldn't do designs. They couldn't even do ombre. She almost started doing the design I wanted without the ombre but I stopped her and just said I'll do chrome. In the end it was pretty apparent that they

Sam did a great job on my nails but I have heard he moved. He is the only reason I went to this salon and I went one time after he left and I'll never come back. A young man was called to the front to help remove my old dip with the dremel tool. This was after they left me soaking so long in the remover solution that it completely dried and they had to add more. The smell of the chemical remover in my face for over an hour and a half started making me sick and lightheaded. I honestly think he was a young son and possibly doesn't have his license because he hurt me so many times with the Dremel tool with burning me that I ended up walking off to the restroom and immediately started crying my eyes out. One of the older adults then started teaching him how to use the tool and how not to hurt

I wouldn't take my dog here. First let's start with I had a little girl who had chosen her color but they ignored that and put gel on her finger nails and I stated so. The guy did my nails needs to find a different career. I got french nail they are uneven as you see in photos. Told me the child's gel nails were free. We didn't get sculptured nails just basic. Mani pedi abd charge me 100 dollars for this mess. I'm contacting state cause there's no way everyone there has a license, I paid very close detail to that. I’ve been going here for a few months now Tina does my nails and she does such a very great job

Great service. Walked right in and was immediately greeted. Took my 10 and 7 yr old daughters to get their nails done for the first time and the staff made it a very good experience for them. I would definitely go back!
